Unless otherwise agreed, our services are invoiced on an hourly rate evaluated on the basis of both the experience and expertise of the employee involved in the file. The several different hourly rates, for each Department respectively, vary as follow (excluding VAT):
These rates are annually adjusted taking into account on one hand the evolution of the cost of living and on the other hand the professional development and acquisition of expertise of our employees.
Unless otherwise agreed, our invoices and/or fee statements are payable within 15 days as from the date of invoice.
Any late payment of more than 15 days automatically gives rise and without formal notice:
Tax Consult may request one or more down payments. These down payments are taken into account in the final fee statements.
All disputes of costs and fees shall be made by registered letter or email within 15 days of the invoice date. In the negative,the client will be deemed to have agreed with the invoiced services and their amounts.
