Both Tax Consult and its agent(s) or employee(s) are bound by professional secrecy, in accordance with Article 58 of the Law of 22 April 1999 on accounting and tax professions and Article 32 of the Royal Decree of 1 March 1998 laying down the rules of professional conduct of chartered accountants, subject, however, to the application of the provisions of the legislation and regulations on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering and terrorist financing.
Tax Consult uses third party services (including cloud service providers) for the implementation of its services and activities. If these third parties get access to your information, we shall take the appropriate measures to ensure that your data is adequately protected and used only for the intended purposes. Tax Consult undertakes to work with third parties taking all the necessary precautions in order to preserve the security of the information, in particular to protect it against any accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorised access.
Our mission does not include the detection of fraud, irregularity or illegality in actions, but only the verification of the content of the documents received making part of our mission, as to their completeness and adequacy in terms of the principles and standards generally accepted by the profession.
Tax Consult shall draw up a mission offer in which the content of the services is defined, as well as the conditions regulating the collaboration.
In accordance with the Common law, the liability of Tax Consult can only be incurred for missions where it has been demonstrated that they had been, without any doubts, accepted by it.
